Ekomax Hydrogen-Assisted Combustion Efficiency System (HACES)
Ekomax Hydrogen-Assisted Combustion Efficiency System
Ekomax separates water into hydrogen (H₂) and oxygen (O₂) gases through electrolysis and delivers these gases into the combustion chamber together with the air entering the engine through the air filter.
This process increases the combustion rate of the fuel, improves flame propagation, and enables the fuel to burn more efficiently. As a result:
The amount of unburned fuel is reduced
Heat transfer losses are reduced
Combustion efficiency increases significantly
Even in modern engines, only 30–40% of the fuel's energy is converted into useful work, while the remaining energy is lost due to heat, friction, and incomplete combustion.
Ekomax improves the portion of this significant energy loss that is related to combustion efficiency.
As a result:
In field tests, depending on the vehicle type and operating conditions, the system's improvement in combustion efficiency has resulted in:
15–30 HP power increase
Up to 25% fuel savings
CO – HC – O₂ – NOx values close to zero
Lower exhaust temperature
Cleaner internal engine surfaces
The system has internationally recognized ECE R10 (E-Mark) approval – E24*10R06/03*7278*00.
This certification demonstrates that Ekomax is compatible with the vehicle's systems, safe, and compliant with automotive standards.
Ekomax does not modify the fuel system, interfere with the ECU, or alter the vehicle's technical specifications.
Therefore, it is not considered a modification under the AİTM regulations and does not need to be registered on the vehicle registration document.
EKOMAX BENEFITS
1- Lower Fuel Consumption
Thanks to increased combustion speed and reduced carbon deposits:
Less fuel is required to produce the same amount of power, the engine operates more freely, injector injection times are reduced, and fuel consumption values in liters/100 km decrease significantly. According to actual user data, savings rates range between 18% and 32%.
2. Increased Engine Performance (15–30 HP)
The Hydrogen and Oxygen supplementation provided by Ekomax: increases combustion speed, optimizes cylinder pressure, may reduce turbo lag, and improves throttle response.
3. Removes Carbon Deposits – Keeps the Engine Healthier
The combustion characteristics of H₂/O₂ gas facilitate the breakdown of carbon and soot.
This helps significantly dissolve carbon deposits accumulated on injector tips, EGR channels, the intake manifold, the exhaust system, and turbocharger blades. The engine operates more freely and its service life may be extended.
4. Significant Reduction in Exhaust Emissions
According to test results and actual user data: CO, HC, and O₂ values are measured close to zero. Opacity/k (smoke) values decrease significantly. The load on the DPF and catalytic converter is reduced. Unburned fuel emissions are almost completely eliminated. This makes Ekomax a technology that helps reduce the vehicle's carbon footprint.
5. Reduces Engine Temperature – Extends Oil Life
Due to hydrogen's high flame speed, combustion is completed in a shorter period of time.
This helps reduce peak temperatures inside the cylinder.
As a result; the oil deteriorates more slowly, friction is reduced, and the overall efficiency of the engine increases.
6. Compatible with All Vehicles
Compatible with gasoline, diesel, LPG/CNG, etc.; turbocharged or naturally aspirated; and all types of old or new-generation internal combustion engines.
No ECU intervention is required, and it is not an external fuel system.
Ekomax is a hydrogen-assisted system designed to provide fuel savings, support engine performance, and reduce emission values in automobiles.
Ekomax YTPS technology operates based on the HHO (Hydrogen–Oxygen) principle to increase combustion efficiency in the engine. As a result, the vehicle operates more economically, cleanly, and efficiently.
Ekomax is offered with theECE R10 Type Approval Certificate, an international standard for electromagnetic compatibility.
In summary, Ekomax is amodern and safe engine support system that increases combustion efficiency.
