Warranty Terms
The Ekomax system is designed to provide reliable service for many years when used correctly and maintained regularly. The product warranty is valid provided that the system is installed by authorized service centers and used as recommended. In order to protect user safety and ensure efficient system operation, the following situations may be excluded from the warranty;
1. Unauthorized Installation
Installation of the system by persons not authorized by Ekomax may pose risks in terms of both safety and performance and will therefore be considered outside the scope of the warranty.
2. Use of Unapproved Solution
Only the solution produced by Ekomax should be used for the device to operate correctly. The use of different chemicals may damage the system and is therefore not covered by the warranty.
3. Unauthorized Intervention
Intervention with components such as the electronic control board, hoses, wiring, or solution container by anyone other than an authorized service center may disrupt the system's operation and may therefore void the warranty.
4. Incorrect Battery Boost
It is recommended to remove the system fuse when performing a battery boost. Incorrect procedures may cause electrical damage to the Ekomax system.
5. Unapproved Solution Refill
If the solution runs out earlier than expected, refilling it without contacting an authorized service center may cause the system to operate uncontrollably and may therefore be considered outside the scope of the warranty.
6. Failure to Perform Periodic Maintenance
The system should be inspected every6 months for performance and safety. Failure to carry out these maintenance checks may affect the warranty process.
7. Use of Unauthorized Parts
Modifications or repairs carried out using non-original parts or parts not approved by Ekomax will invalidate the warranty.
